How to access arwana on your device
We offer three primary access methods depending on your device type and preference:
Installation workflow for Android APK
To install arwana on your Android device, follow these four steps:
- Download the APK fileVisit our app page on arwana and tap the Android APK download link; the file saves to your Downloads folder.
- Enable unknown sourcesGo to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources, then toggle the permission on (this allows installation of apps outside the Google Play Store).
- Install the appOpen your file manager, navigate to Downloads, and tap the arwana APK file to begin installation; accept the permissions prompt and wait for installation to complete.
- Register or log inLaunch the app and enter your username and password, or create a new account; verify your email and mobile number, then set up two-factor authentication if you wish.
After installation, the app icon appears on your home screen. Tap it to launch arwana and begin accessing live football markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus), and live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger). Your first login may prompt you to confirm your identity with a photo ID and selfie for KYC verification.
arwana app versus browser access
Our native Android app and iOS browser version both offer the same game selection and account features, but the native app provides faster load times, offline access to cached game data, and push notifications for account events. The app also consumes less battery than a browser because it runs optimized code rather than rendering full web pages. If you use arwana across multiple devices (phone, tablet, desktop), the app syncs your account instantly — your balance, transaction history, and game preferences are identical across all platforms. Browser-based access is useful for quick sessions or if you prefer not to install anything; all transactions and account security remain the same whether you use the app or the web version.
Device compatibility on arwana
Our arwana app requires Android 7.0 or higher (released 2016) or iOS 12.0 or higher (released 2018). Most smartphones in circulation meet these requirements, but older devices may not. If your device cannot update to these versions, you can still access arwana via a mobile web browser. We test our app monthly on a range of devices with varying RAM and processor speeds to ensure smooth performance on mid-range and budget phones. If your device has less than 2 GB of RAM, the app may take longer to load games initially, but it will still function.
Common installation issues and solutions
Some Android users see a warning "This type of file can harm your device" when downloading the APK. This is a standard Chrome security alert, not an actual threat — our APK is signed with a trusted certificate and scanned for malware before release. To proceed, tap "Keep" when the download completes. If your device blocks installation, go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions and ensure "Install unknown apps" is enabled for Chrome. On iOS, Safari may block the app link if your security settings are strict; disable Pop-up Blocker in Safari Settings and try again. If installation still fails, clear your browser cache and download the APK fresh. You can also contact our support team via the help channel in the app or website for assistance with installation errors.
Data, permissions, and account security in the arwana app
When you install our arwana app, you grant it permission to access your device's contacts (for two-factor SMS verification), location (to verify you are in a supported jurisdiction), and camera (for KYC photo upload). We never sell these permissions or share contact data with third parties. Your account credentials are encrypted before transmission and never stored in plain text on your device. If you lose your phone, you can log in from another device immediately; your old session is invalidated, and a security alert is sent to your email. Always enable two-factor authentication in your app settings to add an extra layer of protection. We recommend changing your password every 60 days and avoiding public Wi-Fi when accessing your account.
